How do I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made via our website, email, or by calling 512-947-7433. For reservations taking place within 48 hours, it is recommended you call our office to confirm your trip.
What is your cancellation policy?
A 25% deposit is due at the time of booking, with the remainder due two days prior to your trip. Any deposit received prior to cancellation is non-refundable.
Can I visit R&R’s office in person to see vehicles and make a reservation?
Yes. We offer appointments to view vehicles prior to your reservation. Due to safety concerns, individuals wishing to do so should schedule an appointment with their booking agent to escort them through our lot.
How far in advance should I make my reservation?
This question depends on the date you are looking for. All reservations and quotes are on a first-come, first-served basis. Despite our large fleet, we frequently sell out of vehicles.

R&R can provide food and non-alcoholic beverages, but may not provide alcohol. Guests may bring their own alcohol and load the vehicle prior to pick-up or upon arrival.
Can we bring our own coolers on the charter?
Absolutely, we only ask that you avoid using glass bottles.
Do you have smoking limousines or vehicles?
We do not. Any smoking in R&R vehicles will result in a significant cleaning fee.
Can I request a particular driver?
We encourage you to request your favorite chauffeur, and every attempt will be made to accommodate.
Should I tip my chauffeur?
Customers are free to add or remove gratuity based on the service their drivers provide. Cash given to the driver is considered a gratuity and does not replace, reduce or impact the charges for the reservation.
