SXSW Hotel Shuttle

R&R Limousine & Bus will provide a pay-to-ride shuttle between the Austin Convention Center and select SXSW hotels. Unlimited ride passes are $40 for five days. Extended hours (8:30am and 2:30 am) will help attendees get to the Convention Center early for the conference and trade show and back to their hotel after conference hours, film screenings, late parties, and late night music shows.

Frequently Asked Questions...

To receive a shuttle pass you purchased online simply ride the first shuttle from your hotel to he convention center. We will have a booth set up on Trinity Street about 60 feet south of 4th Street where you can check in and receive your wristband. If you bought the pass for another person just have that person print out your receipt and bring it to the booth. If you bought several passes then you will need one person to pick up the wristbands and distribute to your group.

We have white vans and mini buses with R&R on the side. If you see a vehicle going by on the interstate without stopping at your hotel it is because the vehicle is either full or assigned to another hotels.

A shuttle will arrive at your hotel every 30 to 45 minutes. If you don’t see the vehicle in 10 to 15 minutes please do not call our number and ask when will the vehicle arrive because it will completely overload our phone lines. Simply wait another 10 or 15 minutes and a vehicle will show up.
