Rental Agreement
By scheduling this reservation you agree to the following: All deposits (25% of total trip, minimum of $100.00) are non-refundable. The remaining balance on your trip could be charged up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up date. Cancellations made within six (6) to ten (10) days prior to departure will be charged 50% of the total cost and cancellations made within five (5) days of departure will be charged the full amount of the trip. Rates include fuel, service fees, & a 15% gratuity for your convenience. Feel free to adjust the gratuity up or down based on the level of service of the driver. Cash given to the driver is considered an additional gratuity and does not replace the balance of this reservation. The total cost of this service will be billed at the actual time of usage of the vehicle over the minimum hourly requirement. Wait time, additional services, tolls, parking, cleaning fees, vehicle damage, and other surcharges that cannot be calculated prior to service are not included in this reservation. Spot & garage times are for internal use only. Our drivers do not determine the length of service nor do they end the service at the minimum requirement. The fuel, service fee, and gratuity are all a percentage of the flat or hourly rate. They are subject to change with the actual time of usage of the vehicle. Any overnight or multiple day trip must have the itinerary into our office for review no less than 5 business days prior to the trip date. The guarantor of this reservation is responsible for any damage to the vehicle due to disorderly behavior. We reserve the right to terminate service with no refund if any member of the group acts in a disorderly and violent manner or violates any law. All vehicles are NON-SMOKING and there is a $125.00 charge per violation. If needed, a driver can stop to accommodate the passengers to smoke outside of the vehicle. Any illegal use of drugs in our vehicles is prohibited and the ride will be terminated and no refund will be issued. Alcohol consumption is not permitted in the company of minors. Alcohol related or safety problems by a guest of any age may result in the termination of the reservation with no refund on the total charge. We are not responsible for injuries to guest whose injury is related to alcohol consumption or violation of any laws. There is a minimum $300.00 sanitation charge for any stains or fluids spilt resulting from illness inside our vehicles. There is a $150.00 charge per EMERGENCY EXIT opened. There is a $250.00 cleaning charge for excessive trash and debris on the vehicles. There is a max of 10% refund if a computer problem occurs during a Rockin' Ride trip. We reserve the right to initiate collection proceedings for all services or damage fees not paid within 30 days after date of service. There is a 10% compounding monthly late fee for invoices not paid within 30 days after date of service. We will collect any and all attorney’s fees, collection expenses, and court costs incurred by our effort to collect the outstanding balance owed.
