R&R Limousine and Bus is pleased to offer the people of San Antonio and its guest’s shuttle service to and from Formula 1 Austin. R&R recognizes the impact that Formula 1 Austin will have on the surrounding areas in central Texas, thereby partnering up with the City of San Antonio to provide ticket holders a convenient way to travel on race days. Transportation will be in high demand and our shuttle service will be the key in getting to Circuit of the Americas for the much awaited Formula One race in Austin. Our motor coaches will provide you with safe, efficient, and stress free transportation to and from the race.

The shuttles will load on South Alamo Street near the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in downtown San Antonio. The physical address of the Convention Center is 200 E Market St. San Antonio TX, 78205. From the Convention Center, our shuttles will transport directly to the track. Loading times in San Antonio will start at 6:00am and the departure time is dependent on how quickly the shuttle bus fills up. As soon as a bus reaches a designated capacity it will depart. We recommend for you to arrive early as buses will fill up soon. We anticipate a two hour trip to the race from San Antonio, which includes some estimated traffic delays. Therefore we also recommend using the facilities before departure. However, most motor coaches will be equipped with a restroom. The gates at Circuit of the Americas will open at 7:30am daily.

Once the motor coach arrives at Circuit of the Americas, you will be dropped off at the designated shuttle bus lot where you will then proceed to the venue via a walking path. The motor coaches will be required to remain on the property until departure. Loading times will begin as early as 3:30pm and will continue till the end of the race day. The final race on all days will begin at 3pm and Circuit of the Americas expects the venue to be cleared after 6pm with no admittance after 5pm. The motor coaches will only depart when it reaches a predetermined number, this is to ensure that every traveler will have a secure ride back to San Antonio. The destination is Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center however the drop off location will be on the west side of Convention Center. The street is S Alamo and it is just around the corner from the loading spot on Convention Way.

There will be no assigned buses so you may not ride the same bus that brought you to the track. Therefore you should not leave any personal belongings in the bus. We will not be responsible for items left behind in the buses. The motor coaches will be clearly marked for San Antonio transportation as to help with locating the proper bus for your departure.
