I just wanted to send a note to say thank you to you and the driver we had for our San Antonio tour. You made all of the logistics of booking our tour very easy and your prompt responses and follow-up were much appreciated. Our driver was also very courteous and helpful. He was happy to drive us past sights several times, and remained pleasant while he waited for our programming to end. I would recommend R&R to anyone looking for a car or bus services in San Antonio.

I recently used R&R for an event on Monday, June 4. It was part of a 1000 person convention I was in charge of at the Austin Hilton. Throughout the planning process I had the extreme pleasure of working with Veronica and Laurie. What an incredible team of helpful, knowledgeable, caring and delightful professionals they are! I had to move 500 people in a short amount of time during rush hour with a tricky drop off. But I was never worried about how it would all transpire. In addition, the onsite coordinators and bus drivers all added to my sense of calm. Do you know how important that is to a meeting planner? Even my brief contact with Caroline today in accounting was efficient and most pleasant. Just wanted to let you know that everything went great last Friday. John Skrlec was our driver and he did a wonderful job. He was very professional, courteous, thoughtful and had a great rapport with our reunion attendees. He was also flexible as many of our events fell behind schedule. I was also impressed by his navigation skills – he made it from north Austin back to campus on a Friday in rush hour because he took an alterate route instead of IH-35. Because he did this, our attendees did not have to wait long, which was particularly important since they were in their mid-70’s and it was super hot. Last night was my twenty first birthday and we had so much fun on the party bus! I had to write an email to let you know how wonderful the experience was and it was because of my driver Tyrone. He was very professional and made sure that everyone was having a great time. He was always polite and helped us on and off the bus every chance he had. All eighteen people on the bus had so much fun and everyone said they would only use Tyrone as their driver in the future. I know that I will definitely use him and recommend him to everyone I know. Our driver was a consummate professional. The bus was waiting on time and in the specified location about 30 minutes before we started boarding. The bus was immaculate both inside and out. And, he had taken the time to look at different routes with fewer twists and turns just in case there were any team members susceptible to motion sickness. He was very personable and perfect gentleman throughout the entire day.
If any other teams here at Whole Foods Market ask about transportation for their team builds I will be sure to point them in your direction. You made the entire process easy and worry-free. They got to Hope promptly, the driver helped us get everything organized, we loaded up and we were on the road five minutes early. The trip to Gorham was absolutely glitch free, and we arrived 30 minutes early.
