R&R Limousine & Bus will provide a pay-to-ride shuttle between select hotels (listed below) and the Austin City Limits Music Festival. The drop off point is at the Palmer Event Center one mile away from Zilker Park. Shuttle passes are $40 for three days of unlimited transportation. You can get a ride for the early shows then ride back to your hotel to change and get ready for the evening. The shuttle will run from 10:30am to 10:30pm (we will get everyone back to their hotel if you arrive at our stop by 10:30p).

There are two ways to purchase your pass…
1) At designated hotels – Check with the front desk
2) Our booth - at the drop off location

To purchase your pass at our booth simply ride the first shuttle from your hotel to the drop off location. We will have a booth set up at the shuttle stop where you can check in and purchase your wristband.

How will I know which vehicle to ride?

We have white vans and mini buses with a black R&R logo on each side. DO NOT ride in any other vehicle. Several gypsy companies have started offering rides in white vans and have demanded payment before they drop you off. Also, if you see one of our vans passing by your hotel without stopping it is because the vehicle is either full or assigned to another hotel route. Another van will be by to pick you up shortly.

When will the shuttle arrive at my hotel?

A shuttle will arrive at your hotel approximately every 45 minutes. It is likely to take longer during peak traffic times. Please plan you schedule accordingly and be patient during these peak traffic times. If you don’t see the vehicle in 15 to 20 minutes please do not call our number and ask when will the vehicle arrive because it will completely overload our phone lines. Simply wait another 10 to 15 minutes and a vehicle will show up. We have added more vehicles this year to accommodate the large demand for this service.

Can I get a refund if I need to cancel?

There are absolutely NO refunds.

Can I ride the shuttle if I'm not staying at a participating hotel?

If you can get to one of the hotels we are servicing then you can ride the shuttle.
